Andaman Beach (Sunrise Beach) south - part of fishing village right, hillside bungalows of Viewpoint, far left (image Castaway Resort ) Lipe is a fair bit more developed since I was first there in 99, but it remains a pretty nice place to visit with several good white sand beaches, some fairly nice snorkeling, good diving, a variety of accommodation, restaurants and bars - and yet not overbuilt. There are no roads and not many motorcycles on the various tracks. Hey, and there are very few dogs! read more »
